Fees:
$275 for Individuals.
$375+ for Couples/Partners/Families (based on # of people).
Price is for a 50 min weekly in-person session (I don’t see ongoing therapy clients biweekly or less often). Longer and/or more frequent sessions are available, and may be necessary for EMDR.
$550+ for gender confirming surgery assessments (for new clients who are not seeking ongoing therapy with me). This fee covers the initial assessment session plus an hour of letter-writing. If additional followup sessions become necessary they are at my regular session fee.
Insurance: I can provide you with a Superbill you can submit to insurance for out of network reimbursement, if your plan allows that.
I am not in-network with any insurance at this time, however I am willing to negotiate a limited number of single case agreements with insurance plans that are willing to pay my full fee. A single case agreement is contract between your insurance and an out of network provider like me, which allows you to work with me as if I were in network.
Accessibility: All my sessions take place over telehealth through Simple Practice, which can be accessed from anywhere with a phone or computer and a reliable internet connection.
Financial Aid: My sliding scale slots are currently full. I highly recommend applying to the Beauty After Bruises grant program, which can help people who meet criteria for CPTSD and other complex trauma disorders pay for trauma therapy.
